Dream.Org’s Green For All program works to provide scholarships and career training for underserved populations. As the green economy grows, they strive to ensure that all communities will benefit from good jobs, better health, and increased opportunity.

Since its founding, the Green For All team at Dream.Org has trained 103 people and awarded 35 scholarships to people who hope to pursue careers in the clean energy industry. In the fall of 2022, Dream.Org started receiving support from Nest Renew for their work.

Example projects

The Green For All program has awarded 35 scholarships to help Black and Brown job seekers pursuing clean energy careers, like Shelton McElroy (pictured here). Dream.Org works to diversify the workforce, so that everyone has equitable access to good-paying green jobs.

Trainee and scholarship recipients get the resources they need to embark on successful careers in the green economy, from solar energy to electric transportation.
