Energy cost savings

$86,470,909

Since its founding, Elevate has helped communities save $86,470,909 in energy costs. In the fall of 2021, Elevate started receiving support from Nest Renew for their work.

Example project

Elevate is upgrading 44 affordable homes with high-efficiency electric systems at Chicago’s La Paz Apartments. (Photo shows the site of the project.)

These upgrades are projected to reduce energy use by 61%, cut carbon emissions, and save money for households on their utility bills. (Photo shows a tenant meeting at the site of the project.)
